VENTURER TOURBILLON DUAL TIME

The Venturer Tourbillon Dual Time is the first tourbillon developed by H. Moser & Cie. It is equipped with an HMC 802 self-winding calibre, visible through the sapphire crystal case-back. This watch is technically remarkable due to two particularly ingenious features: firstly, it is equipped with an original Straumann Double Hairspring®, produced in-house, which improves the accuracy and isochronism of this new manufacture movement; secondly, it features an interchangeable minute tourbillon, a world-first designed to facilitate after-sales service. As a module the tourbillon is assembled and regulated independently of the movement by means of a simple "plug and play" solution, facilitating the maintenance for any competent watchmaker and not requiring an tourbillon expert. This is a real stroke of genius for a watch that is truly in keeping with our time, and which transcends the advantages of a simple tourbillon.

Measuring 34 mm (15 lignes) in diameter, the HMC 802 self-winding calibre provides the Venturer Tourbillon Dual Time with a 72-hour power reserve. The large 18-carat solid red-gold rotor, bearing the company hallmark, is reminiscent of the rotors on vintage timepieces, with their large dimensions and considerable inertia.

On the back of the timepiece, the enchanting reflections of the midnight blue fumé dial are matched by the fascinating beauty of the tourbillon. Made from white gold, the case of the Venturer Tourbillon Dual Time features a convex profile, with a dial and hands with curved edges, following the shape of the rounded sapphire crystal. Its sides open out into the characteristic, unusual shapes for which H. Moser & Cie. is famous, with alternating brushed and polished finishes. The second time zone is indicated by a red hand, which can be hidden under the main hour hand.
