Introduced by Movado in the 1980's, the original Esperanza® became an instant best-seller. Along with the iconic single dot dial, it featured a smoothly integrated case and elegant Art Deco-inspired bracelet distinguished by long, open vertical links. Now, for 2008, Movado has given the new Esperanza a more modern and streamlined silhouette, updating the vertical link look and open detail of its signature bracelet design with smooth ceramic accents. The new Esperanza is styled with a classic black or white lacquer Museum® dial. Its bolder, more fluidly sculpted bracelet is crafted in polished stainless steel bracelet with recessed satin-finished details. Matching the dial, cool black or refreshing white ceramic insets add an exciting new element of color and high-tech innovation to the new Esperanza.
