Description

A limited edition for this spectacular Santos 100 watch, brought to life by a mysterious movement where time on its transparent bubble appears to defy gravitation. A watch whose beauty befits the genius of a concealed Manufacture movement, a magic which Cartier has continued to weave since 1912 when the watchmaker imagined what the future held for one of its most famous inventions: mysterious clocks. A superb and imposing jewellery creation too, crafted from palladium, a metal element of extraordinary sophistication and whose singularity lies in its deep, mat sheen. And in an unprecedented jewellery exploit,Cartier accentuates palladium's unique colour with the sparkle of densely-set diamonds.

C'est une montre en série limitée, Santos 100 spectaculaire animée d'un mouvement mystérieux, bulle transparente sur laquelle défile un temps qui semble en apesanteur.

Œuvre d'horloger qui sublime l'ingéniosité d'un mécanisme Manufacture dissimulé dont Cartier perpétue la magie depuis 1912, alors qu'il imagine ce qui allait devenir l'une de ses inventions les plus célèbres : les pendules mystérieuses. Mais aussi œuvre joaillière, belle et massive réalisée en palladium, matériau d'une sophistication inouïe dont la singularité réside dans l'éclat mat et profond. Un ton inédit renforcé par la densité éblouissante d'un sertissage de diamants ; un exploit de joaillier qui consiste pour la première fois à conjuguer palladium et diamants sertis.
