T1 Titanium Guilloché
Power reserve: 72 h, 28800 vph
The HYT T1 Titanium Guilloché marks a historic turning point for the Swiss manufacture by becoming the brand's first watch to integrate an entirely hand-made guilloché dial since its founding in 2012. This limited edition of only eight pieces worldwide uniquely fuses HYT's revolutionary fluidic technology with one of traditional watchmaking's most noble decorative arts.
The blue brass dial reveals three distinct guilloché patterns executed by a Swiss master craftsman on a historic rose engine: a linear motif delimiting the applied rhodium-plated Arabic numerals, a dynamic circular pattern radiating from the center, and a sunray motif adorning the power reserve sub-dial positioned between 2 and 3 o'clock.
This technical prowess proves all the more remarkable as fewer than one hundred artisans still master this ancestral discipline in Switzerland, each dial requiring a full day's work with over one thousand distinct cuts. The octagonal titanium case measuring 45.3mm in diameter with black DLC satin coating houses the manufacture 501-CM movement with 352 components and 41 jewels, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with 72 hours of power reserve.
This manual-winding mechanical caliber orchestrates the unique hybrid display combining retrograde hours indicated by black fluid circulating through a borosilicate glass capillary tube and minute indication via a rhodium-plated central hand with white Super-LumiNova. The titanium crown, cleverly positioned between 2 and 3 o'clock for optimal comfort, allows adjustment of this exceptionally complex mechanism where two ultra-thin bellows actuate the patented fluidic system.
This creation transcends eras by marrying inspiration from ancient Egyptian clepsydras, 18th-century French guilloché technique, and 21st-century fluidic innovation, all within a 50-meter water-resistant ensemble delivered with two interchangeable straps and a titanium pin buckle.
